Customer centricity is a philosophy that assumes full customer orientation.
It is also a way of thinking according to which one cannot offer good products if they are not the result of cooperation with the customer and listening to what the customer really needs.
In the last century, creating the needs of customers was the main assumption of marketing - in the 21st century, organizations are learning to listen to customers first. Yawal SA is a company that puts the customer in the centre, that is in the centre of its activities, and the decisions made are based on the customer needs.
In 2023, Yawal implemented another action that aims at improving the quality of customer service, ensuring better understanding of the joint business, and improving relationships based on commitment. Being an active company that focuses on meeting needs, Yawal continues to search for the ways to establish even better relationships with customers, based on mutual respect and trust, as well as on listening to one another.
Having the customer centricity in mind, the idea of a series of twenty Yawal Product Seminars was born, which will be held in various regions of Poland.
Between February and June 2023, Yawal plans to train about 400 specialists, technicians and sales representatives. The purpose of the training is to provide them with practical but detailed knowledge of the characteristics of individual Yawal’s product lines, so that they can offer the end user an even more customised offer.
Direct contact with the customer allows Yawal to recognize and quickly respond to the needs - an example of a customized offer for customers is cooperation with Vetrex, the result of which is the tailor-made DP 180 Primeview system. The joint task in this project was to adapt the catalogue solution of Yawal company to the individual needs of customers of the company Vertex, i.e. to customize the structure.
The first training in the series "Yawal Product Seminars 2023" was held on 14 February in the showroom in Dąbrowa Górnicza at the premises of the extrusion plant of the company Final S.A., which is part of the Yawal Group. Yawal hosted clients from the Silesian Province.
