Tasks:
- Building a YAWAL sales network in the assigned territory,
- Maintaining and developing business relationships with current and new clients,
- Preparing commercial offers, quotations and cost estimates for aluminium window and door systems,
- Providing technical consultancy and supporting clients in selecting system solutions,
- Creating and updating technical documentation,
- Direct support for export customers,
- Conducting technical/production/software training sessions for customers,
- Cooperation with internal departments to achieve sales and technical goals.
Requirements:
- Higher technical education,
- Experience in a similar position in the aluminium joinery industry – advantage,
- Experience with aluminium systems calculation software – advantage,
- Knowledge of technical drawing/ recommended knowledge AutoCad software – advantage,
- Ability to communicate freely in Latvian (or Russian) and English (or Polish) for internal communication,
- Excellent work organisation,
- Communication skills, creativity and commitment,
- Place of residence – Latvia or Lithuania,
- Driving licence.

- Your personal data, depending on the planned form of employment, will be processed:
- to the extent specified in labor law regulations (in particular, the Act of 26 June 1974 - Labor Code) for the purpose of conducting the current recruitment process. Providing other data beyond what is required by law will be treated as consent for processing such personal data (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR, and in the case of special categories of personal data, Article 9(2)(a) GDPR). Giving this consent is voluntary, and it can be withdrawn at any time.
- to the extent specified in the recruitment documents you submit (e.g., CV, cover letter), your data will be processed for the purpose of conducting the current recruitment process (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR). Providing other data, such as special categories of data, will be treated as consent for processing such personal data (Article 9(2)(a) GDPR). Giving this consent is voluntary, and it can be withdrawn at any time.
- Personal data for which consent was given (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR) for processing in other recruitment processes will be processed until you withdraw your consent for this purpose. Such consent may be withdrawn at any time.
- In certain situations, the Controller has the right to transfer your personal data to other recipients if necessary to conduct the recruitment process, provided that the Controller has entered into a data processing agreement regarding the recruitment process. Your personal data may also be transferred to entities authorized to receive them under the law.
- Your personal data will not be transferred to third countries outside the EU/EEA or to international organizations.
- Your personal data will be stored and processed for the period necessary to achieve the above purposes, i.e., no longer than 12 months from the date of submission of application documents for the current recruitment process and no longer than 24 months from the date of submission of application documents in case of consent for future recruitments, or until consent is withdrawn.
- You have the right to request access to your personal data, its rectification, deletion, restriction of processing, and data portability, as well as to object to its processing.
- You have the right to withdraw your consent as specified in point 3 at any time by sending a statement of withdrawal of consent to the email address iod@m3mcom.pl, which does not affect the legality of processing based on consent before its withdrawal.
- You have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office, ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw, regarding the Controller's actions.
- Providing your personal data to the extent required by labor law is necessary to participate in the recruitment process. Providing other data is voluntary, and failure to provide it will prevent you from participating in the recruitment process.
- No automated decision-making, including profiling, will be applied to you.
