Miejsce pracy: hybrydowy

 

Zadania:

  • Prowadzenie projektów od momentu rozpoczęcia po ich zakończenie, w tym odpowiedzialność za zakres, harmonogram, budżet i ryzyka projektowe,
  • Koordynacja działań produkcyjno-logistycznych po stronie polskiej z pracami montażowymi w USA,
  • Współpraca z klientami, architektami i wykonawcami w zakresie uzgodnień technicznych i terminowych,
  • Udział w odbiorach technicznych, kontrolach jakości i przeglądach powykonawczych,
  • Monitorowanie postępów prac i regularne raportowanie wyników,
  • Analiza zakończonych projektów oraz wdrażanie działań usprawniających,
  • Dbałość o standardy Yawal w zakresie jakości, komunikacji i obsługi klienta.

 

Wymagania:

  •  Wykształcenie wyższe techniczne (preferowane kierunki: budownictwo, inżynieria materiałowa, mechanika, architektura),
  •  Min. 3-letnie doświadczenie w prowadzeniu projektów w branży stolarki aluminiowej,
  •  Umiejętność pracy w środowisku międzynarodowym i zarządzania zespołami rozproszonymi,
  • Praktyczna znajomość programów takich jak: AutoCAD, MS Project, MS Excel,
  • Znajomość języka angielskiego na poziomie swobodnej komunikacji (min.C1),
  • Wysokie umiejętności komunikacyjne, negocjacyjne i organizacyjne,
  • Samodzielność, odpowiedzialność i zorientowanie na wyniki,
  • Gotowość do wyjazdów służbowych do USA,
  •  Mile widziane certyfikaty z zakresu zarządzania projektami PMP, PRINCE2 lub IPMA.

Tasks:

  • Building a YAWAL sales network in the assigned territory,
  • Maintaining and developing business relationships with current and new clients,
  • Implementation of the sales budget,
  • Technical support and development of technical documentation,
  • Offer and cost estimates preparation for aluminium products,
  • Direct support of export customers,
  • Production/technical/software trainings for customers.

 

Requirements:

  • Higher technical education,
  • Experience in a similar position in the aluminium windows and doors industry – advantage,
  • Experience in calculation programmes for aluminium systems – advantage,
  • Knowledge of technical drawing/ recommended knowledge AutoCad software – advantage,
  • Ability to communicate freely in Latvian (or Russian) / English (or Polish) for internal communication,
  • Very good organisation of working time,
  • Communication skills, creativity and commitment,
  • Place of residence – Latvia or Lithuania,
  • Driving licence.

Zadania:

  • Koordynowanie pracy zespołu UR (mechanicy, elektromechanicy, automatycy),
  • Planowanie i nadzorowanie przeglądów, konserwacji oraz napraw maszyn i urządzeń,
  • Dbałość o zapewnienie ciągłości pracy linii produkcyjnych,
  • Nadzór nad serwisami zewnętrznymi i podwykonawcami,
  • Kontrola stanów magazynowych części zamiennych,
  • Raportowanie awarii, przestojów i działań naprawczych,
  • Inicjowanie działań prewencyjnych i modernizacyjnych w zakresie maszyn i urządzeń,
  • Udział w planowaniu przestojów produkcyjnych związanych z remontami.

 

Wymagania:

  • Wykształcenie techniczne (preferowane: mechanika, elektrotechnika, automatyka),
  • 2-letnie doświadczenie w pracy na analogicznym stanowisku w dziale UR,
  • Uprawnienia energetyczne Grupa 1, 2 i 3 (eksploatacja i dozór),
  • Znajomość przepisów BHP, PPOŻ oraz procedur dotyczących prac szczególnie niebezpiecznych,
  • Znajomość przepisów ustawy o dozorze technicznym i procedur UDT,
  • Umiejętność czytania dokumentacji technicznej i schematów elektrycznych, pneumatycznych,
  • Komunikatywność i umiejętność zarządzania zespołem,
  • Prawo jazdy kat. B,
  • Mile widziana znajomość języka angielskiego.

  3. Your personal data, depending on the planned form of employment, will be processed:
     
    • to the extent specified in labor law regulations (in particular, the Act of 26 June 1974 - Labor Code) for the purpose of conducting the current recruitment process. Providing other data beyond what is required by law will be treated as consent for processing such personal data (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR, and in the case of special categories of personal data, Article 9(2)(a) GDPR). Giving this consent is voluntary, and it can be withdrawn at any time.
    • to the extent specified in the recruitment documents you submit (e.g., CV, cover letter), your data will be processed for the purpose of conducting the current recruitment process (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR). Recruitment procedure

Step 1

Evaluation of the submitted application documents

During the first stage of the recruitment procedure, we verify the submitted application documents in terms of compliance with our expectations regarding candidates for a given position. We assess the qualifications and professional experience of candidates.

Step 2

Telephone interview

During this stage, we contact selected candidates. We will call you if your qualifications and experience meet the requirements specified in the job advertisement. During a short telephone conversation, we will want to learn more about your professional needs, competences, experience, availability and financial expectations

Step 3

Recruitment meeting

After a telephone conversation, selected candidates will be invited to a meeting with us. Depending on your availability and the nature of the position, we will offer an online interview or a face-to-face meeting at the company's headquarters. A recruiter from the HR team and your future supervisor will take part in the interview. During the recruitment meeting, we will want to get to know you better - we will talk, among other things, about your motivation to work, what you know about our company, about your previous experience, projects that you have implemented, and expectations towards your new workplace.

Depending on the specifics of the position you are applying for, we will ask you a few technical questions, ask you to solve a test of knowledge or analytical thinking, or we will want to talk to you in a foreign language.

In addition to competence, the attitude of the candidate is very important to us, which is why during the recruitment meeting we will want to assess the values that guide you in the professional sphere.

Step 4

Decision

After the recruitment meetings, we make a decision on the selection of the candidate and provide feedback to all participants of the meetings. In the event of a positive recruitment result, we will contact you to discuss the details of employment terms and conditions and complete the necessary formalities.
