The company's systems are environmentally friendly, energy-efficient structures designed for the construction of windows, doors, façades, partition and curtain walls, conservatories, skylights, balustrades and sunshades. The requirements of modern architecture are changing very rapidly, that is why, in addition to the standard range of aluminium systems found in the company's catalogue, Yawal S.A. also offers the possibility of creating custom-made unique structural solutions for implementation in both commercial, industrial and residential construction.
The company's systems go to markets throughout Europe. Currently, Yawal S.A.'s partners and customers include several hundred domestic and foreign entities. The company's headquarters along with production halls are located in Herby near Częstochowa.

Karolina Mzyk-Callias
President of the Management Board
Karolina Mzyk-Callias has been the CEO of the Yawal Group since 2022.
As the second generation of Yawal owners, Ms. Karolina Mzyk-Callias continues the legacy created by her father, who founded the company more than 30 years ago in 1989. Continuing the Mzyk family's strong commitment, in 2019, Ms. Karolina established and launched Yawal USA, the company's U.S. headquarters. Yawal USA now serves customers in the construction sector, offering high-performance, energy-efficient and modern windows and doors.
Prior to joining Yawal, Ms. Karolina Mzyk-Callias worked at the United Nations, where she gained extensive experience in the global economy and sustainable development, developing policy and managing global partnership programmes in many countries around the world, working with governments and businesses to plan and implement the Sustainable Development Goals.
Ms. Karolina Mzyk earned a master's degree from the University of York, UK, a postgraduate diploma from the University of Cambridge, UK, and was awarded an Executive MBA diploma from NYU Stern School of Business, USA.

He joined the Yawal Group in 2019.
He started his professional career in banking sector, where he spent 10 years working at Euro Bank and PKO BP. In the years 2006-2018, he was associated with the Ferro Group, where he held the position of the Financial and Administrative Director and Vice-President of the Management Board. He was also a member of Supervisory Boards at Novaservis spol. Sro and Yuhuan AMG Just Valve. He has an MBA diploma from the Oxford Brookers University, the University of Management - The Polish Open University.
History
How we started
More than 30 years ago, in September 1990, YAWAL - as one of the first in the country - began manufacturing aluminium joinery from thermally insulated profiles imported from Western Europe. The first batch of YAWAL System profiles appeared on the market as early as 1993.
YAWAL developed rapidly from that point on - a paint shop was established, a mechanical processing department was created, and the production of system accessories was launched. From a manufacturer of aluminium joinery, YAWAL was transformed into a system company with a production material, modern technologies, training services including computer programmes and professional assistance necessary for assembly plants to produce aluminium joinery.

Establishment of PPH Yawal
YAWAL - as one of the first in the country - began manufacturing aluminium joinery from thermally insulated profiles imported from Western Europe. Soon after, ambitious plans emerged and preparations began to develop and launch production of its own Polish system of aluminium profiles.

In 1996 the resolution on the change of the company’s legal form was adopted. Ever since, YAWAL Spółka Akcyjna has continued the activities of its predecessors developed for 20 years - Przedsiębiorstwo Produkcyjno-Handlowe YAWAL, established in 1991, and YAWAL System Sp. z o. o.

Completion of the construction of the new headquarters in Herby.
In July 1997, spacious warehouse halls were constructed in the new building in Herby, a high-performance powder paint shop was launched, equipped with, among others, a cutting-edge sewage treatment plant. Already then, Yawal S.A. was concerned about protecting the environment.

Aluminium profiles pressing plant is opened in Dąbrowa Górnicza.

Modern press plant is opened in Herby.
Completion of a new investment commended in 2006.

Vertical lacquering line is launched.

Purchase of a complete aluminium profiles extrusion line
The Yawal Group decided on the purchase of a complete aluminium profiles extrusion line. The new production line was launched on 10 May, which increased the production capacity of the Yawal Group by 25%. It is a response to the growing market demand for aluminium profiles and the needs of Yawal Group customers.
