At Yawal Group, sustainability begins with the choice of raw material.
We place strong emphasis on the origin of aluminium and the technologies used to produce it—this is why our processes use aluminium billets with a lower carbon footprint, supporting emissions reduction across the entire value chain.
In aluminium systems, the input material has a real impact on the environmental balance of the entire investment. Low-carbon aluminium is sourced and produced in a way that helps limit CO₂e emissions—among other things, through a higher share of recycled aluminium and responsibly managed processes on the suppliers’ side.
At Yawal Group, we combine an approach “from raw material to system.” On the one hand, we develop our processes and production organization to consistently reduce environmental impact. On the other, as a capital group, we build a coherent value chain in which material and process decisions support environmental goals.
What does this mean in practice?
- Responsible selection of aluminium (including recycled material and aluminium produced to standards that support emissions reduction), while maintaining high quality requirements.
- Environmental measures in production processes, focused on reducing environmental impact.
- Transparent environmental information thanks to Type III EPD declarations for window, door, and façade systems—useful, among others, in environmentally certified projects.
We treat sustainability as a long-term process—from responsible material decisions, through production, to reliable environmental data for the market. You can find more information in the material on EPD certificates.
