TM 62EI system

The Yawal TM 62EI 30 system is used to manufacture a wide range of fire-resistant walls and doors with fire resistance class EI 30, which are used as external and internal fire partitions.

The system's thermally insulated profiles consist of two aluminium parts separated by a thermal spacer. The role of insulation in the profiles is fulfilled by 23 mm wide glass fibre reinforced polyamide thermal spacers.

The central chamber of the profile is filled with insulating, fire-resistant inserts.

Advantages of the system

  • wide range of application as indoors and outdoors fire protection
partitions in fire resistance class EI30,

  • materials classified as NRO (fire retardants),

  • optimal thermal insulation.
