Celebro smart office building
The modern Celebro office building, which stands out against the landscape of Warsaw with its interesting architecture, is located at 22 Gładka Street.
The building was commissioned in the third quarter of 2019. A six-floor building with an area of over 12,000 sq. m², in addition to office space, has a service and commercial parts, an underground garage and two green terraces located on the top floor.
The design prepared by the company Pracownia Architektury Kuryłowicz & Associates was nominated for the Eurobuild Award 2019 in the category "New Office Building of the Year".
It received a very good rating as part of the international BREEAM certificate. The building has also been equipped with an intelligent BMS automation and management system (Building Management System). An individual solution created for the project was the use of flexible sealing materials in the same colour as the aluminium profiles that make up the façade of the office building.
