The office of the Transport Technical Inspectorate is located in Warsaw. The construction was completed in winter 2019. An investment with the surface of 23,674 m2 is composed of an office building connected with the accommodation facilities. Service provision areas and a restaurant are located on the ground floor. A two-storey car park is located under the building. The whole structure is finished with a small, green square which belongs to the Transport Technical Inspectorate. A nineteen-storey skyscraper was designed by the JEMS Architekci design studio. Through the shape of the building, the authors wanted to underline the gravity and responsibility of the institution located inside the building. On the other hand, proportions of windows and rhythmical divisions of the façades are to relate to socialist realism characteristic for the building for this area. The building clearly dominated the Mokotowo area. The joinery in the object was executed by the company OPAL Sp. z o.o.. In the project, the following products of Yawal company were used: the façade system FA 50N, window and door system with thermal insulation TM 74HI, the fire protection system TM 75EI, cold system PBI 50N, and the sunshade YSP system.
