Edmund Mzyk PRESIDENT OF THE MANAGEMENT BOARD

He graduated from the University of Silesia, Faculty of Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry. Between 1973 and 1976, he worked as a mathematics teacher at the Complex of Construction Schools in Bytom and, next, he ran his own business.

Since the early nineties, he has been associated with PPH YAWAL, which transformed later into YAWAL S.A., where he has acted both as the President of the Management Board and the President of the Supervisory Board. He was also a Member of the Supervisory Board of subsidiaries belonging to the YAWAL group.

In the past, he was the President of the Bank Council of Bank Spółdzielczy w Konopiskach for several tenures, and a member of the Economic Council of Bank Południowo-Zachodni we Wrocławiu S.A. for one tenure.

Since April 2000, he has also been associated with "Paged" S.A. based in Warsaw, where he has acted as the President of the Management Board as well as the President of the Supervisory Board and with several subsidiaries belonging to the Paged group.

Currently, he is the President of the Supervisory Boards of the following companies: Paged S.A. based in Warsaw, Paged-Sklejka S.A. based in Morąg, Final S.A. based in Dąbrowa. Also, he is a member of the Supervisory Board of Paged Meble S.A. based in Jasienica. Mr. E. Mzyk is additionally a member of the Rotary Częstochowa Club and, between 1996 and 2002, he was the Chancellor of the Częstochowa Lodge of Business Centre Club.

Artur Paleczny MEMBER OF THE MANAGEMENT BOARD

He graduated from the University of Economics in Katowice, Faculty of Management. Between 1997 and 2001, he worked for Arthur Andersen: at first, at the audit department and, next, at the economic consulting department. Subsequently, between 2002 and 2005, he held the position of a financial controller at Górażdże Cement, the largest cement plant in Poland. His later professional experience of a CFO includes production companies and trading companies; also those listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange. He acted as a board member responsible for finance in a number of commercial companies. Currently, he is the Vice President of the Management Board of FINAL S.A., a subsidiary of YAWAL S.A.
