COMPLAINTS

Complaints to Yawal S.A. which concern:
- the amount or damages resulting from transportation must be filed within 3 working days as of the delivery reception date,
- the quality of the goods must be filed immediately, no later than within 14 days as of the delivery reception date.

To facilitate the identification of the goods complained about, please fill in all blanks of the complaint notification form correctly.

The form is to be sent by fax to the number: +48 34 357 41 42 or electronic mail to address yawal@yawal.com.
If you send your complaint via e-mail, please send it to the appropriate Regional Manager, as well.

You will be notified about the manner of handling the complaint within 7 working days as of its reception.
