Yawal Visit to Belgium31/05/2012
Yawal Company is open to exchange of knowledge and experiences with business partners. Within the framework of the cooperation with Sobinco Company, clients and representatives of Yawal stayed for three days in Belgium, where the Sobinco headquarters is based. The April visit was an ideal chance to gain knowledge about products and production processes of Sobinco as well as Belgium culture.
Sobinco is specialised in the production of window and door fittings for aluminium profile systems. The company headquarters is based in Zulte in Belgium where the production plant is also localized. During a visit on 16 – 18 April 2012, clients and representatives of Yawal saw the Sobinco production plant and knew new products offered by Belgian business partner. Thanks to the meeting with Sobinco engineers, it was possible to gain practical knowledge about, among other things, assembly of hinges in pivoting windows and organization of production process. As it turned out, the following separate production units successfully work side by side in one production hall in Zulte: small foundry, production of screws and tap bolts and plastic elements, paint shop and also research laboratories.
Visit participants also took part in a training session about the achievements of the company and assembly of the newest fittings from Belgian manufacturer. „It is impossible to replace a direct exchange of experiences. Visit participants could gain knowledge about full production cycle in the Sobinco factory and see the new products as well as ask questions which were answered by engineers of our business partner.” – said Marketing Manager in Yawal SA, Agnieszka Jeznach. Yawal’s delegation was entertained by the hosts with the hospitality. The delegation also visited attractive cities in Belgium. “The knowledge gained during the visit certainly will be used by our staff and clients.” – said Agnieszka Jeznach
